Payment terms & policies

Installment plans start with a deposit of at least 30% of the listed price.
Your price is locked the moment the deposit clears — catalog price changes never affect a running plan.
The exact unit is reserved for you as soon as the deposit clears.
There is no interest and no markup: the sum of your deposit and installments equals the listed price exactly.
Payments are customer-initiated through Paystack. We email a reminder 3 days before each due date, on the day, and on days 3 and 7 if a payment is late.
Laptops are handed over only when a plan reaches 100% paid.

If a payment is more than 7 days late, the plan is flagged and we'll reach out. Nothing is cancelled automatically — a human always decides.
If a plan is cancelled for non-payment, the reserved unit returns to sale. Refund of amounts already paid is handled per the written agreement you accept at checkout.
You can pay off a plan early at any time — there is no penalty.
